Campaign / Yield Optimization

Yield optimization is a process of maintaining a campaign after go live. If the delivery of the campaign is not as expected, then the yielder optimizes the campaign by changing various verticals such as, CPM rate, daily impression goal etc. to achieve the optimum delivery of the campaign.

Ad Error Rate Reporting

In app check, we use Mixrank for checking Google Play Store Name, iOS Store Name, Google Play Store Ranking, iOS Ranking, Google Bundle ID, iOS Bundle ID.

Ad Verification

We check ad creative quality including brand safety (political, feature alcohol, violence, drugs, sexuality, illegal downloads, religion, or are negative -death, bankruptcy, illness, divorce, natural disasters, etc.), clickthrough URL and the advertiser brand are matched with the creative. If the creative passes the quality test then we set the IAB categories based on the creative that the ad can earn maximum Click Through Rate as well as ROI.

Forecasting

The inventory forecast feature helps to confirm, whether ad impressions or clicks are available before booking inventory in a line item. If the forecast confirms that ad inventory is available, you can move the forecast data into a line item in a new or existing Order. With inventory forecasts, one can optimize Ad Inventory and prevent overbooking or underselling. The two most common reasons for checking available inventory are: to ensure there’s enough inventory available when creating a new Line Item, and to confirm a saved Line Item is slated to reach its goal; and if not, to determine what changes to settings or targeting could increase availability.

Inventory Integration

For this task we need to implement the given marketplace name into the “Marketplace Buyer” list. Also, we need to make sure that the right PMP are added or not.

Tile/Dataset Creation
It is an analytics tool. Provides answer to questions like how many seconds
of sight, sound, and motion does it take to move the attention needle with a consumer. It also
tracks Non-Human traffic and analyze the audience behavior.

Reporting (Analytics)

We deliver scheduled, custom, on demand analytics to our clients.

Generating Retargeting Pixel

We create site retargeting (SRT) pixel from TTD (The Trade Desk) Platform under the tab “static tag”. Then we go to GTM (Google Tag Manager) and create a container using the SRT pixel we created in TTD. After creating the GTM container, we fire the tag in all pages and get the tag downloaded and provide the client with the tag. Retargeting pixel is created to help the advertisers keeping their brand in front of the bounced traffic who left their websites.

Our would provide a tag to their client to implement on the placements for leveraging idea regarding impression, viewability and other metrics. Such analytics help clients take smarter business decisions.

Creative Labeling & Creative Review

We check the creatives in the client’s platform. If the creative run perfectly in the platform then we check the click URL to see that the URL is showing the exact site for that creative. We also focus on the brand and advertiser of the creative.

Site Vetting

We check the number of visitors in the site by using Similar Web and also the track
the source of the traffic (Suspicious or Not). For example: Referral traffic very high, referral traffic
comes from porn site, high direct traffic. Also, we check the sites content in the live site such as is it
a template site or poor content in the site.

Brand Safety Wrapping

A flight ads should not run on an article which is about the plane crash. Baby product advertiser does not want their advertisement on any article which has a potential association with Gun, Murder or Drug. Brand Safety or Blocking tag fires before the creative has a chance to load. The client asks about the content of the page beforehand. If the content of the page is in line with our ad then it is good to go. But, if the content has negative content which has an inverse relation with our client’s intended brand, BS/Blocking tag will block the creative to run on that page and thus nothing will serve except for a blank white space.

Front End Billing

We perform this task based on the delivery report on all campaigns those ran in the last month. Here, we check all the delivering issues like the number of impressions and their discrepancies, billing methods of the campaigns, the rate of billing and the agency commission amount. After we complete a campaign, the client usually generates a billing report on that to claim the money to their clients.

PLQA

PLQA is Post Live Quality Assurance. PLQA tasks are performed to assure that every creative
is functioning well. In PLQA tasks we generally check Tags, Creative versions and Language,
Creative banners, Video creative frames and cross device compatibility.

Technical Support
Resolving first level issues/requests/questions of a cloud-based software
reported by the internal (Client’s Employee) and external clients of the client.
